Community Day Charter Public School (CDCPS) recently received a $7,000 grant through the Donald E. Garrant Foundation, Inc. of The Savings Bank to support the organization’s financial literacy program. Established in 2001, the Donald E Garrant Foundation, Inc. of The Savings Bank supports projects that focus on financial education: banking, money, saving, investing, borrowing, credit and economics. The Foundation has awarded nearly over $300,000 to date.
Community Day Charter Public School will use the funds for the grade eight financial literacy program.
